What should I wear?
For all classes make sure you wear comfortable sportswear that doesn't restrict your movement.
What do I need?
Always have some water handy and perhaps a sweat towel.

I'm a bit nervous to join and I don't know anyone
We are a super friendly group and welcome everyone to join us. We don't stop at the classes and often socialise together too. So it's a great way to meet people!

If you want to take classes on demand you need to create an account on this website and go to this page.
Will you be able to see me in online classes?
The instructor should be able to see you during live stream classes to give you feedback and for interaction. The other participants in the class won't see you as they will have the instructor pinned to the screen.
