I'll tell you, but first a little back story:

​

I've danced since I was a little 2-year old prancing around the living room. I trained as a dancer, taught kids dance classes (not my bag 😳) and then discovered group fitness and I've been having a blast ever since 2004 leading classes for incredible women just like you!

​

I was a Zumba Education Specialist (aka I trained the instructors) for 7 years traveling the world, then got fed up and stepped into my own power and created my own class concepts.

 

I've managed in boutique fitness studios and trained tens of thousands of instructors...

 

And I've never stopped teaching classes to people just like YOU.

 

Why workout together?

Because it's fun and it's cheaper than therapy 🀣

What should I wear?


For all classes make sure you wear comfortable sportswear that doesn't restrict your movement. Depending on the class you may want to wear supportive and cushioning trainers. For some classes you'll want to have bare feet or socks.




What do I need?


Always have some water handy and perhaps a sweat towel. For all classes you will need a yoga mat (or similar). If you don't have one you could purchase one from here or here. For some classes you will need small equipment such as a pair of light dumbbells (1-2kg), a mini-loop resistance band, a small Pilates ball, a yoga block. You will be able to do any class even without the equipment so don't be put off it you don't have it yet!




How do I book?


Kickstart Your Fitness booking is available on Gymcatch here. Once you've registered and followed my business you will be able to purchase the Kickstart Your Fitness pass and be able to book onto any KYF class for 7 consecutive days (starts the day of purchase)




How do I access online classes?


Each class you book will have a unique link to access the class at the scheduled time which will open a page in your browser (you do not need to download anything).




Will you be able to see me in online classes?


No. These classes are pre-recorded and you will be moving yourself along with a video of me :)
