What should I wear?
For all classes make sure you wear comfortable sportswear that doesn't restrict your movement. Since the classes are held outdoors you might find that layers are appropriate so you can layer up if you're feeling cold or peel them off as you warm up. Be aware of the sun and wear sun screen as appropriate. You may want a suitable hat to shield your eyes from the sun. Bare feet are better, but socks if you prefer.
What do I need?
Always have some water handy and perhaps a sweat towel.

We are a super friendly group and welcome everyone to join us. We don't stop at the classes and often socialise together too. So it's a great way to meet people!
