What should I wear?


For all classes make sure you wear comfortable sportswear that doesn't restrict your movement. Since the classes are held outdoors you might find that layers are appropriate so you can layer up if you're feeling cold or peel them off as you warm up. Be aware of the sun and wear sun screen as appropriate. You may want a suitable hat to shield your eyes from the sun. Bare feet are better, but socks if you prefer.




What do I need?


Always have some water handy and perhaps a sweat towel. To keep COVID safe we will not be sharing any equipment. Bring your own yoga mat or go without - the grass is artificial and quite comfortable. Bring your own hand sanitizer and a face mask which you will be required to wear until you reach your designated spot.




Can I just show up?


No, all classes must be booked in advance. You can do that here.




When should I arrive and what is the cut off time for entry?


You should always aim to arrive 5 minutes before the class is due to start to find your spot and let me know about any potential health issues before we start. If it's your first time please do ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. I do not allow entry into classes after the scheduled class start time. I understand there can be travel disruptions but for your safety you must be present for the class warm-up. Late arrivals are disruptive for everyone else in the class so please be mindful.




I'm a bit nervous to join and I don't know anyone


We are a super friendly group and welcome everyone to join us. We don't stop at the classes and often socialise together too. So it's a great way to meet people! But don't worry, if you prefer to do your class and go home, that's cool too! Come hang out with us on Facebook here (we also arrange get-togethers sometimes too!)
